It is now just over 2 weeks since I stopped smoking.
Already my quality of life is much better.
Starting from the time I wake up. I do not have any difficulty getting out of bed. I feel more energetic and I am finding I am not drinking as much coffee which is a bonus. I used to associate smoking with coffee drinking .
I use my car for work. It is much nicer getting into a car that doesn’t smell of cigarettes. I am beginning to smell the leather seats again which was something I remember smelling when my car was new.
I am much more confident going into business meetings. I used to worry that the client might get the smell of cigarettes off me.
So far so good!

I live in france but attended the clinic with Patricia Collins in Blarney in January of this year.
I HAVENT HAD A CIGARETTE SINCE.
though i sometimes have a desire, I only have to avoid the first drag of the first cigarette, not always easy to do, but I count to 30 and the desire passes!
Best wishes to all at Allen Carr Ireland
Keep up the good work
